All I think about is writing on the blog, but on Monday of this week I went in for an interview, was offered the position, and was asked to start right away. Needless to say, it has been a bit of an adjustment after not working for about 6 weeks, and I'm trying to get into a routine. Tonight's post is short and simple. It's a meal that I love, is simple to make, and is very high in protein [le mister has my daily protein intake at 150g]. I am working on meeting all my daily macros (we'll have a talk about what that means soon).
